Ekawit’s shareholders and directors always believe that running a successful and sustainable business requires high ethical standards from themselves, the management and staff. In our over 30-year history, the company has never had any problem with any clients or insurers – giving the company outstanding reputation in the insurance market.
We strictly uphold the following ethical standards as our ways of doing the business:
1.Integrity
We do not tolerate practitioners who are not honest or straight-forward. We do not do or support activities that are illegal, immoral or unethical.
2. Fairness & Client-first
We place clients’ interest before ours and treat all clients fairly. If there is any indication of a conflict of interest, we will disclose it to the client.
3. Objectivity
Our advices and services must be objective and unbiased.
4. Competence & Professional
Our practitioners must possess up-to-date knowledge of the insurance products,
practices and relevant regulations. Our services must be delivered in the most timely and professional manner.
5. Confidentiality
We protect the confidentiality of all client’s information and will not use it to gain more business from other clients.
6. Control & Transparency
We emphasize on internal processes that have checks and balances. Our company’s own accounts are separate from those used for premium collection/payments.
7. Truthfulness
We do not use or communicate any information to the public that is misleading or caused misunderstanding.
